Counselling with Care and Understanding

Life has a habit of throwing curve balls at the most unexpected times which can result in feelings of stuckness, difficultiy coping or looking for greater clarity at these times.


Whether you've had or someone close to you have had an unexpected change in circumstances, experiencing a chronic illness, menopause/peri-menopause, going through a major life change, work place bullying, sudden or unexpected caring responsibilities, feeling stressed, low mood or anxiety can have a massive impact on relationships with ourselves and those around us.

Looking for a counsellor/therapist can feel overwhelming or scary however you have just taken the first step on your journey.


I'm a qualified therapeutic counsellor and I work with adult individuals aged over 18. I have completed further training in online counselling.


I come from a background of shift work in previous occupations which allows me to understand how challenging it can be to commit to anything when shifts change every week. This is why I offer flexibility as much as possible for appointments if you require flexibility.

I regularly engage in continuing professional development (CPD) and working ethically I'm a member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and am UK GDPR compliant.

Being the individual person that you are, I offer you a unique blend of therapy approaches tailored to suit your needs and preferences which will be guided by you- allowing your journey of self-discovery to be personal and meaningful.

Online Counselling Wherever You Are

Distance is no object if you feel you would like to work with myself - I offer online counselling throughout the UK.

All you need is working wifi and a quiet and private space with no disruptions or distractions.


Sessions & Fees

Sessions will last 50 mins and will cost £50 per session.

I have a limited number of reduced fee sessions for unpaid carers.


Sessions are currently online only using a secure video platform.

I offer sessions on a variety of days/times including Saturdays and Sundays.


I offer a free introductory online session lasting up to 20 mins which allows you to decide whether you feel comfortable working with myself.

How I Work in Therapy

I believe you are the only person who knows what’s right for you and your situation.

You hold the answers – I facilitate a space for exploration and may gently challenge you when it helps you to gain clarity and insight.

I will provide you with a confidential space where you can explore the areas you want to know more about yourself or have a clearer understanding of.

Along with the option of providing you with some practical startegies you can take away for future use should you wish to use them.
